Beef Kabobs are fun to toss on the grill, and because you can thread your skewers with lots of colorful veggies it’s easy to make a balanced meal with little to no fuss!We usually recommend avoiding the grill, as it is easy to dry out true grass-fed beef. But this 24-hour marinade ensures that your kabobs will turn out tender and tasty! Pour marinade ingredients into a plastic Ziploc bag with 2 lbs of Eden Pure Stew Beef. Press out excess air and seal. Place in a dish to guard against leaks and refrigerate 24 hours before grilling.

Beef Pho (Instant Pot)
The traditional recipe calls for brisket, but you can substitute chuck roast as it also has a rich, beefy flavor and is well marbled. While soup is often thought of as comfort food on cold days, I find that pho, with its blend of clear broth and fresh herbs and aromatics is also well suited for summer meals! Layer in as much of each of the veggies and herbs as you like, and get creative making your own fusion recipe featuring thin slices or shreds of your favorite in-season veggies and herbs!

Lettuce wraps and salad stack "sandwiches" are my favorite KETO go-to ideas when the weather gets warm! What I love about this method of preparing cubed steak is that I can prep the salad stack for myself and serve the meat-and-potato crowd in my home the same cubed steak, but with a different set of sides! Cubed steak is delicious when breaded and fried. However, the culinary success of this entree has kept many from seeing the full potential of this convenient and tasty cut of beef! The recipe testing team at Dragonfeather Farm (ie - my husband and three boys!) assembled a variety of sandwiches featuring cubed steak one evening and held a taste-test to see which one was the best.
