1 - Start your pasta. Bring a pot of lightly salted water to a boil and add your pasta. Cook according to package directions.
2 - While pasta is cooking, brown your ground beef (or cubed steak strips or stew beef chunks) in a medium- hot skillet. Be sure to coat the pan with avocado or olive oil as Eden Pure Beef is low in fat and will not "grease the pan" for you! Stir occasionally to brown all sides of the meat.
3 - Make your cheese sauce
Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth, about 5 minutes.
Slowly pour milk into butter-flour mixture while continuously stirring until mixture is smooth and bubbling, about 5 minutes.
Add Cheddar cheese to milk mixture and stir until cheese is melted, 2 to 4 minutes.
4 - Drain the pasta, stir in the cheese sauce and Eden Pure Beef
5 - Curl up with a bowl and a good book, or serve with a side of sliced tomatoes, salad, or your favorite veggies!
Add 1 Tablespoon of your favorite Italian Herb blend
Add 1 small onion, finely diced, and 1 tsp of garlic powder to the ground beef mixture
Toss drained, diced tomatoes with your meat after it has browned. Heat through before adding to pasta
