- (1 lb) Sirloin Steak
- (large, in 1/4" slices) onion
- (2 Tablespoons) Tamari/soy sauce or Worcestershire sauce (the difference is minimal, go with what you keep on hand!)
- (1 teaspoon) Avocado Oil or Olive Oil
- (3/4 cup) water
Trim fat from meat.
Place onion and olive oil in the Instant Pot on “Sauté.” Cook until butter melts.
Add your roast to the pot and cook for 2 minutes on each side until browned.
Top with water and soy or Worcestershire.
Roast your sirloin on high pressure for 10 minutes or until meat is desired doneness. (Rare: 125 degrees, medium rare: 135 degrees, medium: 145 degrees, well: 160 degrees.)
